Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on HR matters to senior leadership.
• Advise on talent management, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Analyze industry trends and recommend adjustments to HR strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and talent retention strategies.
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
• Identify employee development needs and recommend training programs.
• Lead HR projects such as policy updates and organizational restructuring.
• Manage project scope, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• First degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification/certification in HR Management.
• Minimum of 3-5years of progressive leadership experience in HR.
Required Competencies:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to implement HR strategies and engage with executive management.
