A FMCG company is looking for a candidate to oversee the Human Resources Department and also the entire administration of the company.
JOB SUMMARY
The HR Manager will assist to provide high quality leadership and manage an effective and efficient human resources delivery that includes among others; policy formulation and review, maintenance of company HRIS, employee relations and engagement and a Total Reward system (Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition).

Requirements:
A good University Degree in any of the Social Sciences or its equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in Human Resource preferably in an administrative role
Communication planning and change management experience
Experience on outsourcing management or managing services delivery contracts.
Key Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Data Analytics and Payroll Management.
Experience in Expatriate Management and Employee Relations are high requirements for this role.
Relevant Professional HR Qualifications is an added advantage.
