Position: Human Resources Specialist
Location: Côte d’Ivoire
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labour laws and best practices.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
Oversee the compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Stay up-to-date with local labour regulations and ensure compliance in all HR activities.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies.
Solid understanding of local labour laws and regulations in Côte d’Ivoire.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Fluency in both French and English languages is mandatory
