Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Salary: N100,000-N150,000
Working hours: Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities:
•Resolving support requests and providing support through various ways to outsourced clients.
•Successful candidate will also be tasked with diagnosing & solving both hardware and software incidents, escalating incidents where necessary, and configuring new IT equipment and system upgrades.
Requirements:
•Must have 1-2 year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint & MS Teams)
•Experience with Active Directory and knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Working Knowledge of MAC OS
•Working knowledge of Mobile Phones and Mobile Connectivity with iOS and Android
•Networking devices including Routers, Firewalls, WAPs, and Switches
•To be ITIL aware and to follow relevant policies and procedures and to have great written and verbal communication skills, Great customer services skills, and Knowledge of Web skills is a plus but not essential.
•Must live in Lagos close to Victoria Island as ALL our outsourced clients are based in VI.
