As IT Support Officer, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Job Title: I.T Support Officer
I am looking to hire an IT Support Officer that will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks, Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems. He/she will report to the Business Development Manager.
Job Description:
• install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• replace parts as required
• provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Manage email domain for the organization
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if necessary)
• Ensure prompt resolution to all IT-related issues.
• Deploy new software and ensure all employees are trained.
• Ensure safety measures are deployed in using IT-related equipment.
• Any other task assigned.
Education and Work Experience requirement
• Qualification: B.sc Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in a similar role.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
