Job Title: IT Support Officer (Field Work)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
*Assist the ICT department in all IT functions.
*Design and install Cat6 cables, Speaker cables, CCTV cameras, etc.
*Provide technical support on IT-related issues.
*Set up new user accounts, and profiles and deal with password issues.
*Conduct maintenance of hardware equipment.
*Provide support and development of server environment, telephony, and networking infrastructure.
*Ability to walk customers through solution designs (Servers, Storage and
Backup/recovery solutions).
Requirements
OND Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, or related qualification.
Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Tech-Person.
Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
