Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.
Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including training modules, presentations, e-learning courses, and job aids.
Implement and deliver training programs using various methods such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, webinars, and self-paced online modules.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, ensuring participant involvement and knowledge retention.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. A relevant master's Degree is a plus.
5-7 years of Proven work experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset and ability to collect, analyze, and interpret training data and metrics.
