JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
- Develop and inspect land surveying projects
- Advise the company on title issues and environmental and insurance issues
- Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of Second Class Upper division
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions Method of Application:
