This scholarship was established in 2003 in memory of Lillian Ruth Rupard of Brookshire, Texas, and provides scholarships for undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Education with demonstrated financial need.

Eligibility
For undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Education with demonstrated financial need. Scholarships are renewable based upon financial eligibility and good academic standing. Recipients are selected by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.

Application
Priority consideration is given to students who complete their application by February 15th. Because there are many applicants, the Scholarship Committee begins their review immediately so applicants are encouraged to apply upon notification of their acceptance to North Carolina State University.
