Logistics & Facility Manager

Responsibilities/Requirements:
•Managing the daily functions of the administration and facility team including resource allocation, workflow, and reporting
•Reviewing, evaluating, and recommending improvements to key administrative processes to gain operational efficiencies
•Working closely with the Manager, Training, and Development to onboard new hires and identify development opportunities for existing team members
•Acting as a liaison between the administration team and external business partners
•Preparing reports on productivity and performance
•Handling escalated inquiries from internal and external clients
•Coordinate logistics, operations, facility, fleet management, and procurement functions
Qualifications
•Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team
•Excellent written and verbal communication with a client service orientation
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
•Proficiency with MS Office 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role
