A leading commercial bank is seeking for Lounge Executive a role with similar responsibilities related to Customer Service Experience. Locations: Portharcourt , Kaduna, Abuja and Lagos (Gbagada Express, Keffi Obalende, Ladipo Oluwole, Adetokunbo Ademola)
The role holder will be responsible for;
- Receptively usher customers to the bank following due compliance processes.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
- Support customers / client in providing accurate information as regarding the bank services and key products.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers / clients.

• HND Upper Credit
• 26 years age limit
• Smart, neat and tidy
• Well-spoken / articulate

• Customer service processing skill
Compensation / Salary: 120k, 13th Month, Leave allowance, HMO and pension
