Lubricant Sales Executive

We are now seeking an experienced Lubricant Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales growth across our distributor and retail network.

Job Overview:
The Lubricant Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities across our distributor and retail network. The successful candidate will have experience in industrial, marine, automobile, and chemicals sectors and will be able to build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth across our distributor and retail network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
  • Provide technical support and product training to distributors and retailers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing and promotional programs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the sales manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the lubricant or allied industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Experience in industrial, marine, automobile, and chemicals sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
