Job Title: Maintenance Technician (FMCG)
Responsibilities
- Properly maintain 180 cavity mould machine (SACMI & SIPA)
- Properly clean all mould and mould parts
- Carry out corrective, preventive and periodic maintenance to keep the mould healthy
- Carry out maintenance on machine to reduce down time to the barest minimum
- Maintenance and lubrication of Sacmi compression moulding machine
- Carry out regular tracking of machine availability and production
- Ensure waste reduction and optimize productivity
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with SIPA & SACMI machines
- FMCG experience is an added advantage
