Job Title: MEMBER ENGAGEMENT TEAM LEAD
Job location: Lagos Island & Mainland.
Job Summary
The Member Engagement Team Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of member engagement activities with members online & offline)
Responsibilities
· Oversee audit of supplement sales
· Create new and exciting products and programmes – minimum of 2 annually.
· Ensure group exercise class offering is world-class.
· Train fitness staff on current and new product offering
· Ensure a world-class member experience with our brand and product.
· Conduct competitors’ analysis quarterly.
· Ensure brand, health and safety are always adhered to.
· Team up with the operational and sales teams to support achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
· Organize Road Shows (Campaigns/Major events (Important days in the country and globally to celebrate).
· Corporate Social Responsibility
Requirements
· 3+ years relevant experience working in the fitness industry.
· Up to 2 years’ experience with leading a team.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
· Energetic, with a strong work ethic.
· Events/Project management experience (preferably in organizing programs/events relating to fitness).
· Strong administrative skills.
· Customer-oriented.
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Problem-solving aptitude.
We preferred Ideal Candidate with previous experience with: Experiential Agencies, Employee Relations/Engagement, Activation Agencies.
Compensation:
· Gross Salary: N6,094,279.06
