DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically plan and manage daily events at the store including logistics and order delivery, stock taking, bookkeeping/accounting and customer service
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
inspect and document all company standard operating procedures.
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency in running the store
Monitor and report on key business activities across the teams
Create a funnel and pipeline of vendors, suppliers and potential partners
Supervise, coach and train new and existing workforce on company proceedures.
Meet cost efficiency, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Stay uptodate with compliance and regulatory requirements for the store location.
Lookout for ways to improve the logistics process.
Study all processes in the company and ensure efficiency
Document all processes and create training manuals from them
Work with the HR in creating standards for onboarding staff.
Stay updated on each departments’ job function

Knowledge of Supply chain – everything involved in moving a product from supplier to customer.
Knowledge Spreadsheets – detailed profiles of financial or production activity, often composed and edited in
Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge on Database management software – information management tool, that assists with the storage
of data for reference and analysis.
