Operations Manager (Hospitality)

Job Title- Operations Manager (Hospitality)
Remuneration- NGN 300,000
Location- Lekki Penninsulla
Experience Level-Minimum of 4years .

Responsibilities:
-Carrying out regular inspections of hotel properties and amenities and organizing necessary maintenance 
-Hire qualified personnel when needed
-Implementing and reviewing standards operation procedures to continuously improve of business 
-Proactively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service delivery 
-Monitoring employee performance and offering regular evaluation meetings designed to improve service
Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.
-Manage budgets and approve expenditures
-Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
-Establish standards for customer service
-Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations 
-Deal with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:
Experienced in Hospitality 
-4 years of working experience as an operations manager in a hotel or mall
-Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in a management related field
-Qualified personnel with experience with developing and management of large facilities like a mall, large scale residential or commercial complexes etc.
-Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management, and hotel operations 
-Understanding of all Hotels management 
-Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office 
-Excellent customers service skills 
-Decision making and problem solving skills
-Good Leadership skills.
