P.H.Cooper Scholarship is for undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Education.
Eligibility
- Recipients are selected on the basis of demonstrated financial need. • Awards are for one year but may be renewable if the recipient maintains satisfactory academic progress.

Application
Priority consideration is given to students who complete their application by February 15th. Because there are many applicants, the Scholarship Committee begins their review immediately so applicants are encouraged to apply upon notification of their acceptance to North Carolina State University.
