Responsibilities :
📌 Ensure that the diversity ratio benchmark is given prime consideration
📌 Work closely with colleagues to ensure that HR department tools and policies are well aligned,
📌 Manage and track Performance Management system.
📌 Use metrics and analytics to measure analyze and report when necessary
Requirements:
📌Bsc./HND in any social sciences or related field with 5-7 years experience in HR.
📌Knowledge of HR Analytics is highly essential
📌 Experience with Business Acumen and HR Business Partnering is desirable.
Salary: N300k Net
