People Operations Analyst

BFREE, A credit recovery firm is hiring a People Operations Analyst.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in full-cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing to closing offer stages
Assist with new hire onboarding and employee confirmation process
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Manage attendance and absenteeism
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, including resolving employee complaints and addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisal and performance improvement plans.
Assist with People Engagement initiatives
Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in HR reporting and analytics, including generating HR metrics and preparing HR reports.
Assist in HR policy compliance efforts.
Support HR projects and initiatives, as needed.

Requirements:

1-2 years of work experience in a Human resources/People Operations role
Familiar with various HR tools
Familiar with Google Suite
You have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
You have strong data analytics skills that can be leveraged to make informed decisions about people strategy.
You display a high level of ownership and self-drive
You have good inter-personal relationship skills and you’re passionate about tackling people-related issues
You are innovative and creative in developing people engagement initiatives
Experience in working at a fast-paced start-up is a plus

Salary – 120k – 150k gross
