An Experienced Female Personal Assistant / Office Secretary is urgently needed around Amuwo Odofin Mile
Duties include performing administrative, clerical, and Personal Assistant duties necessary for effective office management.
The officer’s responsibilities include secretarial, and overseeing the activities of other staff and maintenance vendors. You should also be able to organize flights, transportation, and accommodation for company executives.
Requirements
• Minimum OND in business administration or business management is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience working in an office environment.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Graphics & Social Media platforms.
• Working knowledge of business management.
• The ability to multitask.
• Good organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
Location: Amuwo Odofin Industrial Layout, Badagry Expressway, Mile 2, Lagos.
