PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Qualifications/Experience
·A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Secretarial studies or a related field.
·Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
·Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures.
·Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
·Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
·Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
·Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
·Discretion and confidentiality.
·Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
