Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

· Understand the business strategy and translate into product strategy with detailed requirements and prototypes.

· Create buy-in for the product vision for both internal and external stakeholders by providing insight on the product and market.

· Manage the product lifecycle from concept to design, sample production, testing, promotion, support etc. by creating a detailed product roadmap.

· Interact with clients and users to obtain reformative feedback on customer experience, identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.

· Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

· Drive product launch and marketing/promotional activities through research and strategic planning

· Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with the business goals as well as product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

· Create and deliver technical support training to growth team through emails, knowledge sharing sessions etc.

· Attend and participate in meetings with management as a consumer advocate.

Requirements

· 1-2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or a similar role in a Technology-first organization.

· Proven record of accomplishment in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

· Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

· Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.

· Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to detail.
