JOB ROLE: PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION: ACME, LAGOS
Key Elements of the Role

  • Take product value propositions and turn into clear product positioning and marketing messaging, from which our marketing and communication strategies can be defined to support the sales process
  • Maintain brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication platforms
  • Analyze the market and technology trends, the evolving needs of our ideal customers, and our competitors.
  • Develop an effective product positioning strategy as input for the sales, service, spares and marketing teams
  • Define the value propositions, personas, and messaging for each use case of the product, together with the Divisional Head of Marketing and the Profit Centre Heads.
  • Develop internal and external marketing and sales collaterals such as, Product content (AV, Images, Infographics, etc.), training materials, product and sales presentations, customer case studies, analysis and insights
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date Brand manual for all internal and external branding protocols
  • Partner with our Service team to actively manage and maximize the customer lifecycle value

Desired Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field
  • 5 or more years of experience in product marketing or brand management preferably in Automotive, FMCG, or a Multinational organization
  • Experience launching products, developing messaging and product positioning
  • Experience with customer segmentation, market analysis and building business cases to improve the customer and user experience
  • Team player and experienced in cross-functional communication and project management.

JOB ROLE: CREATIVE LEAD
COMPANY: SIMBA GROUP (AUTOMOBILE DIVISION)
LOCATION: ACME, LAGOS
Key Elements of the Role

  • Manage multiple digital and rich media advertising campaign creative & lifecycles including conception, production, QA and implementation.
  • Develop corporate identity, print material design and multimedia development utilizing Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Corel Draw etc.
  • Participate in brainstorming, presentations and assist with project scheduling, budgets and daily work flows.
  • Take the lead in most facets of collateral production, including brainstorming, ideation, brand management, proofreading
  • Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing projects.
  • Produce and art direct digital video and digital photography productions.
  • Create unique, engaging, audience-focused content in multiple formats including videos, blog posts, newsletters, posters, handbills, radio jingles, animations and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Produce editorial content for blogs and articles that are SEO optimised to increase organic traffic and rankings as well as offline projects like guides and magazines
  • Take ownership of content production including creative photoshoots, video shoots/production, planning and campaign briefs as well as product launches with the assistance of the Marketing Operations Manager
  • Report on key content metrics to the Divisional Head of Marketing to inform future campaigns, proposals and content strategies

Desired Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field
  • 4 or more years of experience in lead graphic artist/creative designer experience
