HIRING – Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)
Location: Otta, Ogun State
Work Schedule: Full Time
Available Slots: 2 Slots
Compensation: Base Pay of about 220k monthly + Other benefits
Our client is the subsidiary of a conglomerate that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of Alcoholic drinks, Beverages, Liquors, Wine, and Spirit products.
The company is looking to hire an experienced Production Supervisor to effectively use human and material resources in the production of quality products at minimal cost in accordance with good manufacturing and good housekeeping practices (GMP/GHK)
Key Requirements
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course.
3-5 years of cognate work experience in the manufacturing/FMCG sector
Ability to build effective relationships with team members.
Strong people and performance management skills.
Good organizational, analytical, and judgment skills.
Good problem-solving skills, computer literate, written and communication skills.
Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives.
Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team of people to succeed by utilizing an appropriate interpersonal style including leading by example, setting objectives, and defining responsibilities to give a clear sense of direction.
Ability to sustain and develop teamwork and team-based problem-solving. method.
Full understanding of customer (internal/external) expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
