Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide end-to-end technical project management support from project design to initiation, implementation, completion, documentation, and closure.
- Coordinate the development of an overall strategy for structured engagement with key stakeholders to implement the project’s strategic aims and objectives.
- Identify, initiate, and build relationships with partner institutions and agencies relevant to supporting the project and implementing the Stakeholder Engagement strategy.
- Work with the project team to research and develop training curricula and packages for various stakeholders for successful project implementation.
- Support the development of capacity-building programs for stakeholders to increase their awareness and involvement in GBV policy processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities related to the project.
- Represent the Policy Innovation Centre in various events and related fora relevant to stakeholder engagement.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders to inform project improvements and ensure their perspectives are considered.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and governance standards, and advise on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, expenses, and impact for internal records and external reporting.
Qualifications/Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Health, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in stakeholder engagement, social/community development, or related discipline.
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to raise awareness and participation in initiatives.
- External representation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation, and partnership-building skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, ability to maintain effective and productive relationships with a wide range of program beneficiaries and stakeholders.
