Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, finance, computer science,etc.
- 5-7 years’ experience in information systems, financial services industry, consulting services, project management, or closely related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Experience in employing a variety of project management methods and best practices, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, hybrid
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management software and tool
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
