Responsibilities:

  1. Manages subcontractors and supervisors.
  2. Communicates with customers, tower companies, and third-party companies.
  3. Comply with our construction requirements and processes.
  4. Provide training on installation specifications, construction quality, and process requirements for the subcontractor’s team.
  5. Solves problems of actual site solutions.
  6. Identifies the risks in the engineering construction process and formulates risk response solutions in advance.
  7. Summarizes the current project progress and status

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above
  2. At least two years of work experience in telecom engineering design, installation, and quality control.
  3. Familiar with typical telecom equipment installation and construction requirements and site solutions.
  4. Solves problems that occur during actual construction.
  5. Good ability to feed back problems/progress in a timely manner.
