Description
Join the Einstein Foundation-funded research projects led by Prof. Dr. Kathrin Zippel at Freie Universität Berlin as a Research Assistant (Postdoc). We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to projects exploring gendered change in academic institutions, focusing on globalization’s impact, gender inequalities, and diversity promotion strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in sociology, social sciences, data science, network science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Desirable: Completed or close-to-completion doctoral degree in relevant fields.
- Knowledge or interest in gender equity, intersectionality, diversity, STEM fields, higher education, etc.
- Experience with quantitative or qualitative methods, computational social science, and programming languages (Stata, R, Python, Julia, or Go).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to publish research in international, peer-reviewed journals.
