Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Implement and uphold high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive operation.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and resolution.
- Create and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
