RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and document existing status of the processes and procedures of payment of S & D reward incentives to retailers in the trade
• Work with relevant units within S & D and other stakeholders divisions to consolidate and harmonize all retailers’ incentives commission payments based on agreed frequency
• Define new processes and procedures and establish new schedules for the payment of all retailer’s incentive commission
• Work with IT to establish reporting requirements for all retailer incentive commission
• Work with sales support to harmonize the computation of all retailer incentive commissions
• Work with finance to establish the most effective and timely payment of all retailer incentive commission
• Validate the accuracy of all IT reports on retailers’ incentive payments computations
• Support as lead in the automation of all retailer’s incentive commission payment
• Support as lead in the review and alignment of all retailer incentive to be more competitive in the trade
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
• HND or BSC in a related discipline and a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in this role or similar position
• Experience using Data mining tools-SAS, Basic SQL programming, Power BI skills is a must have
• Very good understanding of sales channels
• Must possess good communication skills and very good in weekly/monthly reporting
