Overview

The position will coordinate efforts to maintain good relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders to drive sales and increase revenue. This position will also be the primary developer of comprehensive digital and promotional plans and content, collaborating with internal marketing, outside partners, and third-party agencies. The manager will be responsible for creative and compelling incentives, offers and messaging, etc., targeted to consumers through existing and new digital channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive strategic partnerships, from conceptualization to engaging partners, especially informally.
  2. Generate leads and ensure retention.
  3. Communicate with clients in a polite and friendly manner to support achieving the organization’s highest customer service standards.
  4. Manage the company’s online image and identity.
  5. Manage external communication through proposals, presentations, and pitch deck creation
  6. Prepare regular content and manage the company’s website blog sessions.
  7. Ascertain customers’ wants or needs and recommend, select and offer help to meet their needs and desires.
  8. Manage client relationships strategically by anticipating needs in alignment with company goals

· Customer service measures.

Qualifications

  1. A B.Sc in Management or relevant experience in this field.
  2. Must be living on the Island.
  3. A certification in finance or management is a plus.
