FMR Agency is an End to end HR Company in Nigeria placing quality candidates to quality Companies alongside other services. This time, our client in the REAL ESTATE industry is looking for a well experienced and competent Sales Representative.

Job Description:
Build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling Real Estate service to them. Maintain relationships with current clients.

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, Identify and develop business opportunities for the landscape services.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage realtors and partners network.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Identify sales leads, pitch products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Respond to requests, enquiries or complaints from realtors, clients or prospect.
  • Form a close working relationship with other business units and departments within the organisation to ensure we deliver world-class value to our clients and business partners.
  • Formulate market penetration plan and execute the marketing program of the company.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.
