Job Summary-
We are looking for goal-oriented and proactive sales executive with great Influencing skills to train, develop and motivate all sales personnel and merchandisers so that defined levels of service quality to trade accounts are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way. The sales executive will be responsible for developing new retail accounts in his assigned territory for business growth, conducting effective sales call at each outlet as per the coverage plan. He/She will also leverage customers by offering and influencing customers on products / services and proactively coordinating with various functions to ensure excellent service delivery.
The candidate should have a minimum of 1-year experience ideally in a customer/client facing role, understand retail business dynamics for driving business growth and possess excellent communication skills with good listening and problem solving. Also, he/she must be tech savvy.
FMCG experience will be an added advantage.
