Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at THE LUXURY CITY LTD, a leading interior decoration showroom. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting our products and services. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, along with excellent social media, customer service, and marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong rapport.
Actively promote our interior decoration products and services to customers, showcasing their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ offerings to provide informed recommendations and advice to customers.
Utilize social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and generate leads.
Monitor market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior decoration industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent social media management skills with a deep understanding of various platforms and their potential for business growth.
Strong communication skill, customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with other teams.
