We are a rapidly growing Forex trading company looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
◇Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
◇Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
◇Collaborate with marketing and other teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales materials.
◇Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
◇Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and adjust strategies accordingly.
◇Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and present them to senior management.
●Requirements:
◇Proven experience as a sales team leader in the Forex industry.
◇Excellent communication and leadership skills.
◇Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
