Role: Sales Team Lead
Location: Lagos
Sal: N200 – N250k + Sales Commissions + Other benefits
Qualification: HND/B.SC/MBA
✓Candidates should have experience in sales (Real
Estate/banking/insurance/ FMCG .
✓Candidates with 5 -7 years sales experience in Real estate sales are preferred.
Responsibilities:
✓ Reports to the head of business
✓Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.
✓Drive scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.
✓Gain in-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city,
✓ To drive sales with team to meet target
✓ Responsible to keep track and performance of team on daily / weekly / monthly bases
✓ To give training and direction to the team .
✓Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
✓Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists.
✓Visiting potential customers for new business.
✓ Meet company target back to back
✓Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
✓ Research on competitors in the field .
