Experience:2 to 3 years
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Oversee the progress of all site activities
● Review daily site work and suggest any improvement measures
● Ensure project completion as per the set timeline
● Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
● Coordinate and supervise all workers
● Provide schedules for workers
● Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
● Maintain safety and quality standards
● Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
● Ensure all equipment are in working order and good condition
● Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
● Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or similar
● Proficient in MS Office
● Good reporting skills
● Budget and scheduling management experience.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
