Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: N120k – N150k monthly gross
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Oversee the progress of all site activities
● Review daily site work and suggest any improvement measures
● Ensure project completion as per the set timeline
● Translate blueprints into plans
● Coordinate and supervise all workers
● Provide schedules for workers
● Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
● Maintain safety and quality standards
● Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
● Ensure all equipment are in working order and good condition
● Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
● Perform any other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
● Proficient in MS Office
● Good reporting skills
● Budget and scheduling management experience.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
● 1 to 3 years industry knowledge is strongly desired.
● Professional qualification is an added advantage.
