Stamps Scholars at the University of Missouri is available to all international undergraduate students entering to any program of the university.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for the Stamps Scholars Program at the University of Missouri, a student must have at least a 32 ACT (or 1420 SAT), hold at least a 3.5 core GPA, and have applied to MU and the Honors College by December 1st.
Benefits
Stamps Scholars at the University of Missouri receive a four-year, full scholarship (covering up to the total estimated cost of attendance for fall and spring semesters), plus an additional $16,000 enrichment fund to be used during the student’s four years to enhance their studies and academic pursuits.
Stamps Scholars will also have unique opportunities, including a dedicated mentor, contact with campus leadership, alumni networking, funding for study abroad, and attendance at the biennial Stamps Scholars National Convention in Atlanta, GA.

An additional essay of 500-750 words in response to the following prompt:Describe a social, scientific, or artistic question/issue that you have thought deeply about and perhaps even researched. Why did it captivate you? What action did you take to learn more?
Two letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak directly to your academic abilities, achievements, and character. They should be teachers, school counselors, coaches, supervisors; one letter must be written by a teacher or counselor.
