Job Role: Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities:
- All Stocks (Raw Materials, Semi processed, finished goods) are the responsibilities of the storekeeper and he/she is accountable for them.
- All stock records to be maintained on a bin card & updated daily.
- All stocks bear batch codes for tracing the supplier & processes.
- All movements of stock, whether for internal production or outside supplier, must be done by use of a waybill and no stock can move without waybill.
- Raw Material sorting should be completed within the specified time Maximum 48 hours from the date of receipt of Raw Materials.
- All stock to be stored in a manner that enables to stock take anytime with ease.
- Finished goods to be stored in 25kg new sacks only.
- Stocks of each process (such as uncrushed, crushed, washed) are to be kept in uniform bags.
- Weekly sending of bin cards and waybill to accounts for reconciliation
- Monthly stock take to be taken and report before 10th of following month.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum OND
- At least 2 years of experience in Store Keeping/warehouse management.
- Male preferably.
- Ready to relocate to the factory at Atan immediately.
