Job Description
Receive, store & issue stocks
Record and track stock levels.
Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems.
A daily report of inventories/stock levels to the Inventory Manager.
Check supplies against invoices and purchase orders.
Monitor distribution of inventories.
Involvement in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
Supervise the offloading process, and the subsequent arrangement of materials so that they can be easily accessed and identified.
Maintain good relations with the suppliers.
Oversee the proper arrangement of inventory at a different unit.
Ensure proper documentation of items received and issued at intervals.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 1-year work experience.
