WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, atleast 1 year as a warehouse manager in the FMCG space
- Candidate must have good training skills, Excel skills, Warehouse design skills
Responsibilities:
1.Meet with warehouse managers regularly to look at productivity and make plans to stop thefts.
2.Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
3.Manage warehouse Staff, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
4.Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
5.Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
6.Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.
7.Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
8.Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
