There is a serious shortage of human resources in the region due to population decline and concentration in the metropolitan area. There is a shortage of talented people to lead the region’s major high-tech industries. By providing foreign students with the opportunity to study at higher educational institutions in Gyeongsangbuk-do, we create an environment in which outstanding foreign talent can work and reside in the province.
Available fields of study and Universities
– Science and engineering fields and regionally specialized industrial fields of study established by the participating universities.
– Academic programs offered during evenings (night school), short-term programs, and online and distance-learning programs do not apply to this scholarship program.
