Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate activities of junior staff
- Answer customers’ queries regarding products and deliveries.
- Guide customers throughout the shopping process.
- Receive delivery of store merchandise and make sure that all items are arranged neatly on the shelf.
- Keep a complete track of the number and type of sales performed each day.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Ability to drive more sales through marketing ideas
- Competency in microsoft applications including word and excel
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
