Job Position: HR Generalist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supporting HR management in all workforce development, recruitment, and training
  2. Process new hire paperwork and guide employees through orientation
  3. Providing support to the workforce
  4. Process employee benefits
  5. Process weekly allowances
  6. Conducting employee evaluations and performance management
  7. Conducting exit interviews
  8. Maintaining employee records and data
  9. Process new hire medical examinations.
  10. Compute staff pensions
  11. Coordinate payroll information’s
  12. Maintaining employee database, records, and applicant tracking database.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • 4yrs+ experience as an HR generalist in a manufacturing company.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Salary
N300,000 / Month (gross).
