Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored travel solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Use market insights to develop effective business development strategies.
Negotiation and Contracting:
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
- Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company and its clients.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with product teams to develop new and innovative travel packages.
- Customize offerings to meet the unique needs of corporate clients and business travelers.
Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network of contacts and stay updated on industry trends.
- Leverage professional relationships to generate business leads.
Problem Resolution:
- Act as a point of contact for clients during their travels, addressing and resolving issues or emergencies.
- Provide assistance and support in the event of travel disruptions.
Complex Itinerary Planning:
- Design and plan complex travel itineraries for employees and clients, including multi-destination trips, cruises, and customized experiences.
- Provide detailed information on travel logistics, visa requirements, and local regulations..
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data related to travel services and business development initiatives.
- Evaluate the profitability and cost-effectiveness of various business strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, travel policies, and legal requirements.
- Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential issues.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategic plan.
- Align business development initiatives with the company’s long-term objectives.
