Job Position: Account Management Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist in our Lagos office.
2. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients, managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
3. The Account Management Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
2. Experience in the travel industry or with a technology company is preferred
3. Experienced in the use of any GDS
4. Vast experience in booking and reservation via the GDS
5. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
6. Customer satisfaction and account management skills to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and grow customer accounts
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and to resolve customer issues
8. Fluency in English and knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
