The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in ensuring efficient and organized operations within ME, Kazaure Office. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collate and ensures the accuracy of the timesheets of the site workers.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in managing databases, records, and files, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining records for employee benefits, vacation, and attendance.
- Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external parties to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification of a Diploma/OND or its equivalent.
- Additional certification or specialized training in office administration will be a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
