A foremost indigenous real estate firm of surveyors and valuers is inviting applications from suitable and highly motivated individuals for the position of Business Development Executive.

Role Objective: The Business Development Executives will pursue strategic retail and corporate business opportunities for the firm in all our product offerings

Job Description
• Plan and implement effective marketing strategies
• Identify new opportunities by analyzing property needs of clients and prospects
• Locate and identify lettable vacant properties
• Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements
• Secure property development, valuation, management and facility management briefs
• Carry out inspection visits
• Prepare proposals and make presentations
• Prepare and submit activity reports
• Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.

Educational, Knowledge and Experience Requirements
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing/business development or other relevant field
• Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estate industry in Nigeria
• Minimum of 1-2 years related experience, preferably in the real estate services
