Overview
We are in search of an experienced Legal Advisor to join our Client Services Department, your primary responsibility will be to offer legal counsel and guidance to clients across a spectrum of Sales related legal matters, including sales contract negotiations, document support, and comprehensive contract review from Contract of Sale to Handover.

- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 4 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on their purchases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts and legal documents.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.
- Possess a strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to generate sales leads.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare newsletters updating clients on project status.
Requirements:
- LLB, BL, International Law & Diplomacy.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relationship management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a minimum of 4 years in a corporate environment.
Skills:
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
